"Clean room, wish the water was hotter in the shower. Tv only connects to android or hdmi cable needed, not a smart tv. No telephone in the room, no kettle/water/tea or coffee in the rooms. Bar staff lovely and helpful."

"We asked if front desk could call a taxi for us to Brassels Airport. 5 minutes later, the driver came in with a minivan. once arrived, he asked us to pay cash and then we told him that we only pay with credit card. the total taxi fare was really surprising, EUR55 for just 5.6kilometer distance. We tried to open App and run the same route, maximum fee was EUR28 (minivan). I don't know if ordering a taxi would be normally that expensive from this hotel. We used similar services at Milano from Hilton to LIN, the taxi fare was quite reasonable. I had very good impression about Pillows Hotel except this taxi order from Front Desk."

"Overall great property - Amazing location, friendly staff, and value for money. Rooms are in good condition, decent sized lockers, and overall good hostel. Not lots of common spaces but still my roommate and I became besties within minutes. Best part was the location as I could walk from central station anytime of the day and would feel relatively safe."

"I was very surprised when I arrived to find this is a hostel as there is no indication in the description and I wouldn’t have booked had I known this was the case. It was clean and practical but not in the best area. We had to walk here at night from the train station and I didn’t feel particularly safe in this area as there were quite a few gangs hanging around. The room was very basic with no tea or coffee facilities and no remote control for the TV. Everything was clean but dated looking. The breakfast was very basic with not a lot to choose from. Staff were nice but I felt very out of place in a hostel where most of the clientele were large groups of young people."
