"We had to wait 45 minutes in 90 degree heat for the host to arrive. We're traveling on a motorcycle so no way to get out of the heat. The apartment is not a country house as advertised, it was in a run down questionable neighborhood. Fruit nor water were replaced daily. We asked if we could leave our luggage while we went to Vatican city which was 30 minutes away. We agreed we would pick it up between 2:30 and3:00 and that we would text to confirm. "We had a great stay in this B&B. The room was simple but spotlessly clean. The Hotel was in a great location, a bit of a walk into the centre but not too far if you are ok walking. There was also loads of bars and restaurants around the hotel and it had a lovely local feel. The owner was away while we were there but there was a lovely lady there to help us (as well as a kind man from the shop next door). Because he was away, the breakfast wasn't served in the hotel but we were given vouchers...

"The hotel had a really convenient location which is close to many restaurants and even the Colosseum. The room was well appointed and had everything we needed. Breakfast was very delicious as well "

"It's an apartment with 3 rooms for guests. There's no receptionist. So please do call the owner before you get there or be prepared to wait outside the building till some kind stranger opens the door for you. The breakfast is good, no eggs, no juice. You can use the kitchen with basic utensils. Can travel around by bus and train. Basic toiletries are included. Overall a good and calm place to stay."

"Just about live able. Two twin beds pushed together with a mish mash of bedding, blankets and quilts. A wardarobe that had the landlords cloths in. No comfortable chairs, a television that did not work, and no hairdryer. The accommodation offered breakfast, which was a voucher of 2 and half euros in an ice cream parlour next door. As we gave you our credit card details we expected to pay this way, but he said only cash and tried to charge an extra 16 euros which we did not pay"
