From the moment we arrived, the owner made us feel completely at ease—attentive and clearly committed to making our experience great.The cottage itself was spotless and thoughtfully stocked with all the essentials, making it easy to settle in and relax. The view of the lake was perfect through the large patio doors or the porch/patio, and the sunsets were absolutely breathtaking!Our kids were entertained—exploring the outdoors, spotting wildlife, and catching fish. They are already asking when we can come back.Great spot to unwind, reconnect, and make memories."

"All staff were very nice , helpful. House keeping failed to come in for clean towels after being asked . Handy capped shower sucks. We did not request or needed one . The mess stayed as it was. The air-conditioning was extremely loud , & the grounds well needed quite a bit of attention. "

"This place is phenomenal for the price. I’ve stayed in 200+ hotels all over the U.S. (Large majority in the Midwest) and for the price point, I haven’t found a better hotel. Exceptionally clean, easy parking, easy in and out, solid staff. The first floor is a ginormous liquor store with good prices and good selection, which doubles as a convenience store with everything you need. There’s an interior smoke shop, a pool table, ready to eat food, arcade machines, a lottery machine, and all kinds of other novelty purchases at a solid price. Very satisfied with the property conditions and amenities for the price. Will stay here every time I’m even close to the area."
