"The front desk clerk was so friendly quick and knowledgable. Loved our clean room. The whole place is beautiful and clean. Free breakfast is delicious with a huge variety. Coffee is on all day and hot and flavorful. The pool hot tub awesome slide and fun arcade is all coveniet so I could see my two grands at all times. We are planning on coming three nughts durung spring break. Thank you"

"It was a really nice stay in a quiet place with a lot of things to do surrounding it. They staff was friendly and very helpful. AND I LOVE THE NOON CHECK OUT. "

" The hot tub was nice, but overcrowded with young children and drunk adults drinking in the hot tub, when the sign states no food or drinks within 20 feet. But what really ruined my experience was when I checked I accidentally left my sephora bag on the front desk counter. When I discovered this the next morning, found out the manager took my bag to her home, rather than placing it in lost and found, then claimed it was an accident, when I saw her on camera taking it. I will not stay at a place that steals from guests!"

"My shower was super loud, we had 1 remote for 2 tvs, and the shower curtain was missing "

"Room was not ready at after 3pm. I waited unitl 20 after purposely to avoid this issue when i went to check in i was told that i had to wait 10 minutes for them to clean the room it actually ended up taking another 20 minutes before we got to actually get into our room. The TV in the room was a dumb version of a smart TV and they did not provide the correct remote so we could not watch TV. No Wifi password was provided so much for free Wifi i had to use my Hotspot on my cellphone "

"Staff were very welcoming and helpful. Breakfast and pool were great. Some updates to rooms in future would be nice. Overall, very good stay!"
