"Beautiful hotel"

"The room was recently updated, but there were smears of something brown on the bathroom walls. The breakfast was ok. The pool area was horrible. There was garbage all over, a pile of fingernail clippings by the hot tub, and the jets were broken, and all the windows and walls were covered in mold and algae. Severe need of a reno! In the game room, the change machine was broken, so unless you carried quarters, you could not play."

"We’re not from the area so we requested extra blankets and when the staff brought them up, they look like they were 50 years old. They had holes on them and were ratty and just torn up. It’s very weird very strange and the coffee in the rooms it’s kind of nasty tasty some offbrand could be a better well-known brand more options just in general other than that the property is excellent great location, easy parking for the hotel to validate 10 bucks a day nice and easy come and go as much as you want."

"My husband went downstairs at midnight because the people next to us were partying so loud. Finally at 12:45 they stopped so we asked for a new room change or else we weren’t gonna stay there another night. Most hotels to stay at at least give you a free continental breakfast. I think 1495 a person for breakfast is ridiculous. Most of the room looked clean though in the bathroom you can really tell that it wasn’t cleaned that well. The floor was dirty. The woodwork was dirty. very disappointed in the name of this hotel that the experience we had wasn’t good at all."

"The large pool area with the salt water pool was thoroughly enjoyed by my grandsons. The hot tub was large and very relaxing. The breakfast consisted of a waffle bar, another item my grandsons were extremely happy about. Our room was large and very comfortable. The staff that we interacted with were friendly and knowledgeable."

"Unfortunately our stay from Thurs to Monday was overall disappointing. Our room had several problems: hair dryer didn't work, bathroom door was misaligned so difficult to open/close, drain in tub/shower was clogged, electrical outlets on bedside didn't work. The hot tub water was visibly dirty with particles looking like skin, pool water very cloudy. Only positive was employee let me use her own personal hairdryer on the weekend...."

"It definitely has everything that it says it does (IE: hot tub, pool and breafast, etc.). The hot tub looked grubby and the entire place smelled like chlorine. My room was on the 2nd floor towards the back and you could still smell it. The hand sanitizer station by the breakfast was empty and when we asked the front desk person, they simply said, "then we're out". Needless to say, we didn't eat. The rooms looked worn and the TV wasn't working- the person they were sending to fix it, never arrived before we left. I was fooled by the affiliation with Wyndham but, I won't be back."

"It was a good stay. If you need a place to sleep and not spend your whole time inside it’s a good stay. Food is only ok and limited option. I would say go early for breakfast if you need a table to sit. Staff very little interaction as you don’t see them much ao it’s hard to rate them. Cleaners are so welcoming and nice. Air conditioner was good. Oh and good luck on parking. When we went if wall full and idk why. Clean room yes! Pool was a 3 star as it smell like way too much chlorine and the jacuzzi was super slimy. Also not hot at all and jets barely worked. But again I was not there for that but tried it out."
