"Fantastic place, the pools are brilliant - never had a problem getting a sunbed. Stayed in a Stay Smart which was fine for 2a 1c but would have been cramped for more I recon. Needs more storage space for clothes. Kitchenette was ok had most things you need. Market was well stocked Restaurant on site wasn’t the best and the food trucks were hit and miss but the pizza and chicken were lovely. The pool bars were good and the cafe with the ice cream was fab Lots of positives. Would advice to book a bigger caravan then you think you might need for the extra space"

"The hotel is clean and nice. We first got the room on the 5th floor, it was small, looked old and dark, the faucet leaked, the ceiling in the hallway had cracks. We asked for another room and got one on the 4th floor - new, spacious and renovated. So looks like the experience depends on which room you get. Breakfast - simple but had everything we needed."

Tucked away on a charming cobblestone street just steps from the Spanish Steps and the legendary luxury shopping of Via Condotti, it served as the ultimate central hub for our Roman holiday. We were able to walk to almost every major historical landmark, and having the Spagna Metro station practically at our doorstep made exploring the rest of the city effortless.Inside, the boutique property is impeccably stylish. It perfectly blends classic Italian elegance with clean, modern comforts. Our room was a beautifully curated space—bright, spotless, and a tranquil sanctuary to return to after a busy day of sightseeing. If you are looking for an upscale, stylish stay with top-tier service in Rome, look no further. We will absolutely be returning!"
