"Personale gentile. Buona indipendenza. Consiglio per famiglie che vogliono visitare la zona e i parchi nelle vicinanze."

"Chosen for location, the property was a bit underwhelming. The apartment I had (268) was spacious but in need of renovation. Having said that, the wifi was good, the reception staff very friendly and for the money, I couldn’t really argue for just 1 night. Aircon was great and breakfast price was very reasonable. Not a great selection but quite typical for Italy. Bathroom was not super clean but ok, although 1 of the towels was dirty so I did not use. On the whole, it was fair value for the...

"Perfect hotel overall."

"Perfect stay!!"

"Beautiful location in countryside, not too far from public transport. Hosts were very welcoming and make very tasty carbonara."

"Loved the location by the Pantheon. Lots of restaurant options. Ryan got us right into the hotel and was very helpful with our whole group. Would stay there again."

"Everything was on spot, good size and clean room . Professional and helpful staff."

"We stayed here during our 2week Italy trip where Rome was our 1st stop. We had a very good experience overall. The interior appears to be completely renovated and everything still smelled new and clean when we arrived. Everything inside felt modern, including the fixtures, shower, countertops, and...

"Everything was wonderful and the breakfast was amazing!! They were so helpful helping us coordinate transfers from the airport, to the cruise ship and back!!"

"Awesome location, so much to see and do just steps outside of the building. I didn't need anything from the host; I saw housekeeping plenty of times during our 5 day stay so I'm sure if we needed anything it would have been quick. Full apartment with in unit clothes washer, full kitchen, great bathroom."

"Excellent Property, I really Recommend this property, was clean, comfortable and nice."

"Make sure you complete the virtual check in ahead, it’s pretty simple. No elevator at property. No complaints, as expected. Would recommend for a budget travelers."

"Very clean room, near many tourist attractions and great restaurants. The hotel WIFI was weak and spotty in the room."

"So pleased with everything about our experience with Urban Vacations. Ideal location: walking distance to Vatican, great shopping variety, plenty of eating options; Metro station is just a couple steps away making it easy to reach any part of Rome. (And an awesome station with free still and sparkling water 24/7 by the building door.) Safety: locked building door, apartments entrance unit, apartment itself. (Never felt unsafe outdoors even during late hours.) Cleanliness: the apartment looks...
