"EXCELLENT location in the Venetian Harbor! Walkable to all the shops and tavernas. We loved having coffee on the small balcony overlooking the harbor and the sunsets were spectacular. Our room was a double room and was quite small but overall we were very comfortable and happy with our stay."

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Hotel Experience! We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, everything was excellent. The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful, and they made us feel right at home. The hotel itself was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. Our room was spacious, spotless, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The location was also fantastic, making it easy to get around and enjoy everything the area has to offer. What really stood out was the exceptional service. Every interaction with the staff was warm and professional, and you could tell they genuinely cared about making sure their guests had a great experience. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. We would happily stay here again without hesitation! 5 stars all the way — a truly memorable stay!"

"This was a standout hotel. Wonderful location that is walkable to old town and everything needed. Spa and pool are incredible. Staff was amazing in helping us plan excursions and taxi transfers. Breakfast was fantastic. Can’t recommend this place enough.,"

"We had a wonderful stay at Klinakis Beach Hotel and felt genuinely welcomed from the moment we arrived. The hospitality was exceptional, and all the staff were friendly, helpful and made our stay feel special. A particular thank you to Maria and Rafaella, who treated us like family. That personal touch made a real difference, especially travelling with our daughter, who absolutely enjoyed her stay and all the attention she received. One of our favourite things was having breakfast in the morning with the beautiful view of the sea — such a peaceful way to start the day. We also really enjoyed spending our evenings at the Zen Bar, relaxing with a drink and enjoying the atmosphere. The location worked very well for us too. There are beaches within easy walking distance, and Chania Old Town is also reachable on foot, making it a great base for exploring while still enjoying a quieter seaside setting. Beautiful views, wonderful people and genuine Cretan hospitality. We left with very fond memories and would happily stay here again. Highly recommended."

"Absolutely loved my stay here! From the moment I arrived until the moment I left, the entire staff was amazing—so friendly, welcoming, and helpful. A special shoutout to Samantha, who was absolutely amazing! She was so sweet and made sure I had everything I needed from the moment I checked in. She truly made my stay even better. My room was beautiful, spacious, extremely clean, and well kept. The balcony was HUGE and probably one of my favorite parts of the room. Housekeeping came every day to freshen everything up, which I wasn’t even expecting. Fresh towels, clean room—everything always felt fresh and comfortable when I came back. The location was also PERFECT. I was able to walk to the Old Town, harbor, restaurants, shops, and so much more, which made getting around Chania incredibly easy. I genuinely loved everything about my stay and would absolutely stay here again. I would 100% recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Chania. Thank you to the entire staff, and especially Samantha, for making my stay so wonderful! ❤️🇬🇷"

"This is an excellent hotel which I can find almost nothing to fault - perhaps draft beer and options (included paid) for a late check out! The breakfast was ace, the pool well-maintained, a useful gym, fantastic staff and superb location. Thanks for a great stay in Chania!"
