This charming beach house in Rio Del Mar sleeps 8 and offers the perfect coastal escape! (Permit #211134) With 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a cozy living room, fully stocked kitchen, and a back patio just steps from the sand. Enjoy ocean breezes, beach access, and a short walk to local restaurants, coffee shops, and more. Relax, unwind, and make lasting memories in this perfect seaside retreat!

The Space:
- Comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests
- 3 bedrooms - 1 Cal King bed, 4 Full beds (one is a bunk bed), 1 Twin trundle beds
- 2 bathrooms
- There is no reserved parking space for this home. There is free parking on the street, however a space can be hard to come by during the busy months.
- Fully stocked kitchen w/ drip coffee maker, Keurig, and an Espresso Machine (we provide ground coffee, but not espresso pods)
- Living room
- Back patio

- No gatherings or parties allowed (strictly enforced)
- The exterior of this home is monitored by 24/7 surveillance recording devices for safety.
- Smart TVs with streaming capabilities.
- This home is pet friendly for 1 dog (30 lbs or less) for a $25/night fee. This fee will be added after the booking is confirmed and the initial booking is paid for -- Let us know if you want to bring your Dog! We are not able to host any other types of pets at this home.
- Outdoor activities are prohibited between 9PM-8AM

Guests will have access to the entire home, except a closet that is reserved for owner's storage.

This is not a good place for gatherings or parties so please keep that in mind when booking this home. We are very respectful of our neighbors and will not tolerate loud noise past curfew and additional guests at the property.

- This home is pet friendly for 1 dog (30 lbs or less) for a $25/night fee. This fee will be added after the booking is confirmed and the initial booking is paid for -- Let us know if you want to bring your Dog! We are not able to host any other types of pets at this home.
- We have pest service and other property maintenance done on a regular basis. You may see or hear these service professionals during your stay as they let themselves into the backyard to service as needed. Please be sure to ask about this before booking if you think it might be an issue for you.
- The exterior of this home is monitored by 24/7 surveillance recording devices for safety.
- We are required to stick to our cancellation policy and we suggest adding trip insurance for any last minute issues that may impact your travel (Weather, Illness, etc). We are not able to cancel, move or refund bookings that do not fall in our cancellation policy for any reason.
