Took over an hr to get ice tea at lunch, even longer for food. Sliding door windows seal broken so inside of windows looked dirty and screen would fall off when opening. Loved the property otherwise, very beautiful grounds. But $10 a day parking over the top.

This is our second time staying here! This place is lovely and central to the beach, shopping, and dining! The grounds are beautiful with plenty of grassy spots. Pet friendly too! Love it.

Property has gorgeous gardens. Room was nicely appointed, but lacked a microwave. We could take items to front desk and ask then to microwave them, but... EV charging station is Charge Point destination chargers costing 17 cents/kwh. If you finish charging at 2 AM, but do not get up, walk across the grounds, and unplug, it charges $1/hour. So if you get up at 7, you get charged an extra $5 driving charge price up. I have never stayed at a hotel that listed ev charging that was not complimentary chargeing. $350/night, then the nickle and diming begins. Ev charges, ca ching. Drink the water in the room, another $5. Beer on tap at the bar, $10/glass. And then there is the highway noise. Next time we will find a place in Seaside proper.

Over all our stay was very nice. We just had some minor set backs during our stay. The first being that around the toilet, lets just say it wasn't cleaned very well. Then the power went out for a couple of hours. I am handicap and would have needed assistance to the lobby which I had mentioned but non was offered. So I sat in a dark room until my family returned. I'm not asking for much, but a complimentary drink should have been offered. Anything for the people staying in the hotel. The dinning staff was very nice and helpful. We will return and stay here again!

Black mold all around / in the shower. Disgusting and unhealthy. Bed was hard and uncomfortable. Coffee maker not clean / unusable. It’s a motel but they charge for parking. Avoid this place.

We stayed in a family suite that comfortably fit our large family of six. The room was clean and well appointed, beds were comfortable, check in and out was easy. The unit had a separate master bedroom with a king size bed and bathroom and the main room had two queen beds and a bathroom which worked perfectly for us. We only stayed for I night but the area surrounding the hotel was very nice.

It needs some work - but it’s always clean - and if you can get a room facing the courtyard then you will forget the highway noise. Beds are horrible. Just as a heads up. 😂😂

This hotel definitely caters (or is best suited) for families with children and dogs. I had a garden view room on ground floor next to the pool. Dealt with pool noise during normal daytime hours. What was really annoying was fact that I could hear slamming doors at all hours of night and at 7 a.m. listened to the folks above me walking back and forth in their room for an hour. Other guests were loud as well, leaving their patio doors open and playing music. Not sure what "Tapestry Colection" refers to but this is a Hilton and really nothing fancy. There is plenty of parking and yet they charge you $10 to park. They offered tiny bottled water in the room for $5. The restaurant is OK, nothing special. I expected more for what I paid and this being a Hilton. You can walk to get things but you are next to the freeway so you can't really walk over to the beach (at least I could not figure out how to do that). Aptos is a great town and much less crowded than Santa Cruz and I will return to the area but likely stay elsewhere rather than pay over $250 a night.

it was a wonderful experience! The view from my room was absolutely stunning, making my stay even more memorable. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, answering all of my questions with a smile and ensuring that I had everything I needed. The service was top-notch, and I appreciated all the little details that made my stay comfortable. I also loved the cute bicycle available for guests – it was a fun and charming way to explore the area. The hot tub and swimming pool were both fantastic, offering a perfect way to relax after a day of adventure.
