When they learned it was our anniversary, Despina, the Guest Relations Manager, surprised us with a complimentary celebration cake delivered to our room — a truly thoughtful and memorable gesture. Kiras at the reception was also outstanding, incredibly helpful, and welcoming from the moment we arrived. Every detail was handled with care, and we genuinely felt valued as guests. I highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a luxurious and unforgettable stay in Aqaba.

Staff were exceptionally good. Every single staff member we came across was polite, welcoming and helpful. The hotel was clean and well maintained. Good food options. Have to make a special mention for the pool bar team who we found cheerful and attentive. Highly recommend this hotel.

It is a nice hotel but very outdated. The room I was in needed a renovation yesterday. The bathroom was clean but again needs a renovation. The beach and pool areas are very nice!! Sand is clean, the pool is large, there is a sitting area as well, where you can enjoy a sunset. I would come back but wish the hotel had some Reno done inside.

One staff person was rude, hostile and unprofessional, spoiling the entire stay. The Lebanese restaurant was excellent. Breakfast was a mess, with the buffets running out of plates and a 6-yr old child climbing on the buffet, shoes and all, to grab donuts. The tables were filthy.

The property has great location a great beach with beds and shade. The pool was nice and the service was great. The only thing I wasn’t expecting is to find the rooms very old and in bad conditions, the web page shows a very modern hotel but it’s not like that. I’m reality it’s old but well kept in common areas but my room was damage, old and very small (and I get the family room )

Couldn’t be better

I stayed here for two night to visit Petra. As we arrived here in the morning, I think we had better go to the city centre before check-in. But the reception let us check in earlier so we took a rest instead of wandering under the hot sun. Breakfast was good. On the last day, we could stay in the swimming pool until our taxi arrived after check-out. I feel this hotel cared about visitor’s convenience and satisfaction. I will visit here again with my kids!

I had an issue with my room which was supposed to be partial sea view then it turned out to be view on a working area, the hotel dealt with it fast and the GM kiras changed my room into a better sea view room to make my stay excellent. I stayed 2 night 3 days, food was very good, the beach was clean all the time Rooms are spacious and clean. They spread water for all guests in all rooms. Breakfast was a bit crowded but they had many options. Thanks kiras for the great help !

Fantastic property with great amenities - swimming pools, jacuzzi and beach. Food was great. The manager at The Corniche restaurant was extraordinary in accommodating us (vegetarians). Rooms service food was largely good although they gave us extremely spicy food despite us having specifically asked for it to be less spicy. The room was comfortable but the area outside the balcony was quite dirty with lots of cigarette butts. It was cleaned as soon as we let the housekeeping know. The plug points were not compatible with ours (UK) however the reception staff kindly lent us an adaptor. Overall a great experience which could have been exceptional barring a few aspects.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel and wanted to express my deep appreciation for the incredibly kind and helpful staff. The spa and animation teams, in particular, went above and beyond to make my visit truly memorable. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and exceptional service. The animation team's enthusiasm and creativity added so much fun to my stay, making sure my kids were having the most fun possible, there was never a dull moment. Their dedication to guest satisfaction was evident in everything they did. I can't thank them enough for their outstanding service. This hotel truly shines because of its wonderful staff, and I'll definitely be returning for another delightful experience.
