Mas falta melhorar a gestão.
No horário do café uma pessoa fazendo um barulhão furando ou cortando, avisamos a recepção que o barulho n ão estava legal, eles pararam por 5 minutos e continuaram sem nenhuma consideração.
Numero de toalhas menor que a quantidade de pessoas da reserva, tambem tivemos que pedir shampoo. "
