Property was nice. Most staff was extremely polite and courteous. Just one evening muscular make receptionist was very rude to me in my opinion. And the last day of my stay there was extremely loud construction and banging early in the morning. Other than that, the stay was good. Applause to the breakfast and room cleaning staff!! A

The hotel is in a very good location at the beach, but the condition of the room I got was terrible. It’s OK for me to stay only for one night. I arrived late at about 8 PM. The room was so old and there were many brown spots on the floors and walls. Initially, I thought it was not clean, but these were the things /stains that could not be cleaned with regular cleaning. The hotel staffs were nice. This hotel needs serious refurbishment, at least the room I stayed. it’s not worth for the money they charged.

Amei minha estadia no hotel. Cuidaram muito bem de mim e do meu filho. Os recepcionistas muito atenciosos ( Raquel e um rapaz que foi o que primeiro me atendeu qdo cheguei. O rapaz do café da manhã, muito educado e atencioso, acho que ele era o chef. Parabéns a toda equipe.

Hotel muito bem localizado, em frente à praia e a um ótimo restaurante/bar. O quarto era espaçoso e a cama confortável. Entretanto, em nosso quarto o box do chuveiro apresentava falha de vedação na parte inferior, permitindo vazamento de água para o restante do banheiro. Após cada banho, todo o piso do banheiro ficava molhado.

Quarto improvisado sem lençol e obra às 8h da manhã no 1uarto ao lado, mas a acústica parecia que a obra era no nosso quarto (estaca, furadeira, pedreiros). Impossível descansar. Mudamos de quarto e ficamos sem toalhas (não sei se por falha da equipe ou pq não tinha no hotel). A sensação era de que não estavam preparados para o grande movimento em alta temporada pelo São João do Maranhão.

Tive azar no quarto, pois a tv estava com defeito e tive q ir para outro quarto, mais ao fundo e com características mais antigas e simples. Sobre o hotel, a localização é ótima, a equipe é ótima, a área da piscina é ótima a o café também. Destaco inclusive o atendimento do Francisco durante o café! Ele prestou um ótimo serviço, sempre muito simpático e atencioso! O pessoal da recepção também merece nota 10!
