Chalet Arpitan is a luxury chalet finished to a high standard comprising 2 apartments with floor to ceiling windows and various balconies offering amazing mountain views. It has multiple living areas with fully equipped kitchen. It offers a cosy fireplace, a washing machine and comfortable settings. Smart tv with French and international channels, wifi in the whole chalet. Large private car park (also EV charge). It has 5 ensuite rooms, most with sunny balcony. Perfect for families or large groups.

The chalet is located in a quiet area of Les Carroz with easy access to the ski slopes in the winter and it's a perfect retreat in the summer for those wanting to do some wonderful walks in the mountains, breathe fresh air and discover the surrounding area: Geneva, Annecy, Chamonix etc. The village itself has lots of amenities for non-skiers in the winter and summer: wellness, spa, swimming pool, adventure park, rollercoaster, snowshoe & hiking trails, mountain biking, paragliding, canyoning and several restaurants and bars.
In the summer, chalet Arpitan is a quiet retreat to return to after visits to Geneva, Annecy, Chamonix

Chalet Arpitan is let as a self-catered accommodation with all the kitchen equipment you would need. Linen (25 eur/p - beds not made upon arrival) and end of stay cleaning are optional. Moreover, you can ask for several catering options and other services (airport transfer, food delivery etc).

Free skibus at 300m in the winter or free car parks (2x550 cars) to the Grand Massif ski area at Carroz 1200 ou 1500 skilifts.
Only 1 hour from Geneva International Airport and 8 hours from Calais. A car is recommended to explore the area best (winter tyres needed in the winter)

In spring and autumn, you can book 2 nights @ 1700 eur+300 eur extra night.

Séjour en groupe très apprécié dans un chalet au top.

Chalet haut de gamme et très pratique pour passer un séjour en groupe (famille, amis, collègues...). L'accueil et les conseils de Pauline ont été impeccables. Les prestations du chalet sont hyper complète, on aurait juste pu rajouter une enceinte bluetooth. Merci pour ce beau séjour.

Chalet était chaleureux et confortable. La première chose que nous avons remarqué, c’est sa propret.

Tout était parfait, de l’accueil que nous avons reçu par Pauline, le chalet en lui-même. C’était un super séjour et nous reviendrons sans aucun doute.

Très beau chalet conforme à la description

Le chalet se compose de 4 parties. 1 studio en bas à gauche. 1 appartement à droite et 2 "appartements" communiquant au milieu. Ce sont ces deux grands appartements que nous avons réservé pour 14 personnes et 1 bébé. Literie parfaite, insonorisation bonne. La navette de bus reste trop loin pour moi et il faut mieux prendre sa voiture pour rejoindre l'arrêt de bus un peu plus haut à 800 m qui dispose d'un grand parking où il y a toujours de la place. Sinon, rejoindre directement le départ du télécabine si on ski dès l'ouverture. La propriétaire est très sympathique et vous donnera tous les conseils dont vous avez besoin. La vue est splendide.
