All-inclusive Hotel in Fujairah Emirate from AED 507

"Our stay at the Waldorf Astoria Ras Al Khaimah was oustanding. The property itself is luxurious but what sets it apart is the level of service from all of the staff. I would highly recomend this hotel & area to anyone thinking of taking a trip to this area of the world."

"Since we entered the room , the lights and the AC was turned off . After we switched it on , everything went off after one hour ! And every time we switched it on , after some while it goes off again suddenly with no reason ! We called the front desk and complained , but they did nothing , then we went personaly to the front desk to complain , and asked them to change our room , but they didn’t response .. We couldn’t sleep all night because of that , AC was going off every one hour , and when we checked out we blamed them for ignoring our complain and not changing our room , but they didn’t seem to be sorry ! Our room No. Was 607 , on 11 Feb 2026 . There was electric problems in this room , but they didn’t admit ."

"Great location with friendly staff. This hotel was a lot of fun! The premises are clean and have something for everyone. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. The only complaint is there are a lot of flys that sneak into the rooms and some very friendly cats that like to overstay their welcome at the restaurant and beach. The staff were fast to shoo them away so not a huge deal. The beach was full of shells and Snoopy Island was a quick swim away with flippers/snorkeling masks you could rent. We saw about 20 sea turtles and tons of colorful fish. Great stay! "

"The room was extremely cold. They should understand that air-conditioning does not mean "cooling only", but heating too. There was no way to heat the room, where night temperatures dropped to mid teens. Water was also lukewarm hot only. "

"Fresh juice not available anywhere "

"The hotel is in a pretty poor state, with dirty carpets, furniture, floors and more. This is compounded by extremely slow service, and a lack of comprehension on the part of some room cleaners. One day, even though I asked three or four times (of different hotel staff), from around 3pm onwards, up until 10 pm, nobody actually cleaned my room! When I asked for bottles of water for the room, they were not brought! The cleaner did not understand clearly spoken English! When I called Reception, I sometimes had to wait for over five minutes for a response. On the website it said we could check in at 2pm, but the reception staff said it was not until three. In short, I would not recommend this hotel."
