"Around the hotel is dump area. Really dirty area. Photos are not real. We had to pay extra, to get better rooms as the standard rooms are very poor. And even in this case, they did not included the breakfast in the rate. Not a nice experience at all."

"The customer service at this place is outstanding! I loved that they accepted payments by card. I also love that they did cash back. "We have booked Albenjoh guest house for 27th Aug-29th Aug,2017. The only advantage I fill is the location. Calangute and Baga beach is in walkable distance and there are plenty of good restaurents nearby. Room condition is okay, but the amenities are not at all enough as per the Delux Non-AC rooms. They don't have geyser, they have Solar water heater. So, if there is not enough sunlight, no hot water. They don't have any kind of food services not at all tea in morning. In Bathroom, only a...

"First time in Goa , staff couldn’t do enough for us very polite and accommodating, room as exspected basic but clean ,good quality matress but firm , road outside very noisy day and night. Beautiful swimming pool very polite and helpful staff especially Thomas and clita, bottles of water delivered to room every morning and rooms cleaned whenever you wanted, great location great price. We will definitely be returning."

"The stay was only forgiven because of the balcony apart from that there is nothing positive to share about the stay there were spider webs all across the room and washroom, faucet's were leaking,the doors lock was not working properly,bed linens were torn and had stains on them ,fridge was on the entire time but apart from the freezer nothing else was cooling "

"A lovely family run guesthouse close to GOI airport. I had a premium room which was spacious, clean and had balconies to the front and back of the room. A short walk down to the beach where there are a number of restaurants to eat and watch the sunset. Would stay here again for sure"
