This property more than deserves a 5 star rating on service quality. Phenomenal customer experience. Jagruti (property manager) is one of the friendliest and efficient manager i have come across. Area around the propert may not the best but the property itself makes the stay enjoyable and relaxed.

Excellent property, I stayed in Astor Suite. Washrooms were huge and as beautiful as the rooms.. Loved it.. pool area is hope they maintain the property as it is now. Will visit again

Would go back to Panaji again for sure and likely stay at Vivanta. We took a trip North across the bridge but it's just VERY touristy and would not do it again. Head south instead. We also visited Old Goa town but only got a chance to see the 2 big churches but understand there is more to see if you take the time to walk around. Staff at Vivanta is A+.

My husband and I enjoyed 4 days at this resort. There are only good things to say about this place and we wish we could have stayed longer. Great service. Got a free upgrade upon check-in. We were escorted to our room by the check-in attendant. Son was surprised with chocolate brownies in his room and we even got a goodbye gift. Food was great and the views were fantastic. I can't say enough about this place and will never consider putting up anywhere else whenever I visit Goa.

I have been to many hotels around the world but never found anything like Shanti Morada. Love this hotel. They provided personal attention and took care of every possible luxuries. The best part of my staying in Shanti Morada was, they served "Shisha(Hookah)" in the poolside(Actually Jacuzzi Side) bar. The pool was one of the best part of our staying. The staff and service was incredible. They were so attentive to detail. They made our girls trip so memorable. They even sent us a printed picture that was taken on our arrival. They sent a heating pad when my sister was sick. The breakfast spread was one of the best buffets I’ve ever eaten at. The pool looked amazing, unfortunately could not use due to chlorine levels. But regardless this property is a must stay! Can not recommend this place enough

Spent one night here after a 36 hour flight from Los Angeles. Very relaxing and recuperative resort with beautiful lush surroundings and a calm and beautiful pool. The spa is excellent and massages are top notch. Love the breakfast and afternoon tea. Make sure you stroll the grounds and listen for Peacok and multiple birds. Staff is so attentive. This resort is highly recommended.

Excellent friendly service. Great location, great facilities my only comment is that tge hit tubs might need some maintenance work otherwise I would definitely stay there again

Excellent stay, service and staff brilliant, nothing was too much trouble. Food was great, made fresh. Daily afternoon tea was a lovely touch. 1 recommendation would be to have parasols by the pool tables. We would have sat out more by the pool.

One of the best bathroom and shower

The customer service was excelllent. The hotel was clean and the food was fabulous. Deeksha the female chef was attentive and made us a special dish. Our group of 7 was cared for wonderfully!
