"Hotel was good but problem with first hotel taxi charging £40 euros for 3 and half mile trip to stadium and after showing on Q code about booking trips and seeing trip to Pompei and wine testing for 84 euros booked it only to be told price was really 145 euros per person and mistake was child’s price was advertised by accident. As my wife had loved to go to Pompei we booked trip but I didn’t think till now how could there have been a child’s price for wine tasting. "

"Rooms very spacious, clean and tidy. Reception staff and cleaners were kind and friendly; even though the communication was tricky as I don’t speak much Italian and they don’t speak much English. Thank you Google Translate! Location is great for access to the local restaurants, shops, bus and train station. Bus is about an 8 minute walk and train about 12-15. The breakfast is a reasonable spread of pastries, yoghurt, cereal and cold meats. Could do with a bit of variety as it’s exactly the same every day. After reading other people’s feedback, I brought a travel kettle as there’s no facilities in the room. "

"This property goes above and beyond expectations. The location is "challenging" at first to get to, but once you figure it out is easy peezy! Plenty of parking for hotel guests. Staff is super nice and does their best with english, but ALWAYS tries with a smile. The property itself is BEAUTIFUL! The view is stunning! Weddings do happen almost daily, BUT with the door shut it isn't disturbing, PLUS you get fireworks show. Definitely worth the tiny drive from Naples to stay in a nicer, cheaper, and all around better hotel."

But overall, this is a terrible hotel, room was not as expected, we booked a superior room but didn’t get one, we were offered another room but this was exactly the same. This hotel is not suitable for tourists, being in the middle of a car sales area without any restaurants nearby, did not feel safe going out after dark. The pictures of the hotel were not reflected in the reality. We changed hotel after 2 of the 7 nights."
