Well located and good for the price in low season. Humidity in the room when raining. The jacuzzi was missing hot water. We had to wait to recover hot water from boiler.

The room itself was nice. It was clean and updated. The hotel had a nice terrace. Unfortunately the hotel had a pretty frequent sewage smell that built during the night. The fume/sewage gas smell was strong if the windows were closed at all. The housekeeping women were very nice and helpful. The manager was nice, but didn’t give much help. He was unable to give directions/options for dining in the area. I would pick a different area of Italy to visit.
