  • Comfortable 3 bedroom villa with own pool on large site (2,800m2) in peaceful country location. Air-conditioning and heating throughout the property. Wi-Fi and smart T.V. Newly furnished. Fully equipped kitchen with: gas hob, electric oven, microwave, large fridge-freezer, coffee-maker, toaster. Furnished porch.
    10m x 5m pool for exclusive use of clients with solarium and loungers. Underwater lighting for night swims. Lawn areas and fruit trees including, oranges, lemons, olives, pears, pomegranates, figs. Exterior lighting for al fresco dining.
    Private but not isolated, grocery shop and two bar-restaurants in easy walking distance.
    10 minutes to nearest towns (Marchena, Moron de la Frontera). 50 minutes to Seville on A92 motorway.
    1 hour 50 minutes to Malaga.Not for from the mountain range of Cadiz with its famous White Towns.

Cela correspondait à l'annonce, nous y avons passé un très bon séjour. Nous avons apprécié le grand jardin et la très belle piscine, aucun vis à vis.Le village est accessible en voiture à quelques kilomètres. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et nous ont très bien accueilli.

Séjour très agréable. Villa très agréable et bien située. Les propriétaires ont répondu à toutes nos attentes Petites remarques : la location est prévue pour 6 personnes, il faudrait prévoir 6 bains de soleil et 1 ou 2 parasols supplémentaires notamment en été où il fait très chaud. Merci encore à Jéremiah pour ces vacances fabuleuses.

Perfect place

It's a perfect villa for small group.Very good location for exploring Spain south and Gibraltar.The best thing in the villa was superb swiming pool,because outside temperature was more than 40 degrees.Very good communication with owner.Thank you for good holiday!

Magnifique

Très belle villa bien équipé avec un belle piscine et un grand jardin, les hôtes sont très gentils et toujours disponible pour que votre séjour se déroule bien. Commerce et magasin disponible à 10 minutes en voiture, visiter Séville à 40 minutes en voiture. Bref je recommande vivement la villa moral.

Idéale pour se reposer !

Une villa spacieuse et convenablement équipée, des hôtes charmants, une piscine géniale à l'eau salée et sans vis-à-vis (ce qui est appréciable), un grand jardin avec des arbres fruitiers. Que demander de plus pour se ressourcer. Non loin de Séville (moins d'une heure). Je recommande vivement cette location. Ps : Une voiture est indispensable.

no apto para personas mayores ,la piscina esta en alto hay que subir al menos 7 escalones,no soporta 3 aires encendidos por poca potencia ,no tiene recogida de basura hay que ir a 7 km a tirarla ,la lavadora centrifuga poco y esta en una nave sin higiene ninguna,los muebles medio puestos y casi todos medio arreglados,,la limpieza regular hasta telarañas en los rincones detrás de las puertas, y sin deshollinador los techos el frigorifico si lo pones con una temperatura apta para el verano te congela lo del cajón de la fruta,en fin un desastre en general y excesivamente caro para todos los inconvenientes que tiene.jamas volveremos por supuesto.

Calme et repos garanti!

Nous avons séjourné dans cette magnifique maison et nous avons adoré! Le jardin est immense et MAGNIFIQUE avec des arbres fruitiers (on s'est régalé avec les figues!),des palmiers,oliviers,orangers... La piscine est géniale (à l'eau salée,plus écologique et moins de risque allergique qu'avec le chlore). La maison est très bien équipée et confortable. La ville de moron de la frontera est à 15 min pour faire les courses. Séville est à 40 min. En résumé,l'endroit idéal pour se reposer! Nous reviendrons sans hésiter pour profiter de la campagne andalouse. Merci aux propriétaires pour leur accueil!

Magnifique maison de campagne proche de Séville

Nous avons profité d un magnifique séjour dans la villa de campagne très bien entretenue. Très bien située, on peut rejoindre rapidement l autoroute pour se rendre à Séville en 40 mn et Cordoue en 1h30. La piscine est très agréable, sans aucun vis à vis, ce qui est très appréciable. Le jardin est immense avec des arbres fruitiers ( figuiers, citronniers, orangers.....) Un accueil très chaleureux nous a ravi, les propriétaires vous donnent de bons conseils pour visiter les alentours. La maison est propre et manque de rien. Il y a même Netflix! Le wifi est bon. Une petite supérette à 2 pas fournie le pain et autres produits de premières nécessités . Les commerces comme marcadona ou Lidl sont à 15-20 mn en voiture. Nous recommandons la villa pour les amoureux de la campagne loin du tumulte des grandes villes tout en étant proche. Vive l'Andalousie !

Amazing outside space!

We had a lovely 2 weeks staying at Villa Moral. The house is nicely decorated with everything you could ask for in a holiday villa, including; excellent air con, fly screens at all windows, WiFi, Netflix, etc. Master bed was super comfy - I’m buying a new mattress because I loved it so much. The garden is fabulous. It’s Jer’s pride and joy. We spent most days in the big, saltwater pool (very gentle on skin) - kids loved it - and most evenings we spent having BBQs and watching the stars (very little sky glow) from the cool garden. The villa is in an Urbanización so not part of a town (hence no sky glow). So no streetlights, one friendly basic shop and 2 wee bar restaurants. Marchena for supermarkets, bins etc was about 10 mins drive. Jer was a great owner. Very responsive to emails, questions etc, and gave us good info about villa and surrounding area.
