Fully equipped kitchen with: gas hob, electric oven, microwave, large fridge-freezer, coffee-maker, toaster. Furnished porch.
10m x 5m pool for exclusive use of clients with solarium and loungers. Underwater lighting for night swims. Lawn areas and fruit trees including, oranges, lemons, olives, pears, pomegranates, figs. Exterior lighting for al fresco dining.
Private but not isolated, grocery shop and two bar-restaurants in easy walking distance.
10 minutes to nearest towns (Marchena, Moron de la Frontera). 50 minutes to Seville on A92 motorway.
