"The hotel was fine for one night. Very close to El palace of Aranjuez and Jardines del Primcipe. Beware, if you come with a lot of luggage there are no elevators."

"Lack of intrusion and fully supportive. As an adult should, I like to keep my own room tidy and the staff fully accommodated this. I spent too long at breakfast as the food and presentation reflected more than just 4 stars. It was an amazing feeling just walking out to the Palace Square in front of the hotel. Try the Fuela cafe just around the corner."

"I loved that the hotel gave an option to skip housekeeping and get breakfast included. I stayed for the MadCool Festival to be closer to the grounds and it worked well. Unfortunately it's not within walking distance to festival so you will have to wait for an Uber after festival if you go for that or have a car to drive yourself. It was a nice modern hotel, spacious rooms and bathrooms just wish the water pressure was stronger but all in all great value for the money and close distance to...

"Excellent hotel, ideally situated just outside of the old town but close enough to walk or take the bus. Except that the bed was a bit softer for my taste, I have nothing to complain. The room was spacious with a terrace facing the old town and upgraded facilities. Also there was a pool. I would definitely return if I’m in the area. Cheers!"
