Fizemos uma pernoite, hotel muito bom . Nós nos surpreendemos. Localizado no centro da cidade que deu pra aproveitar muito. E sem contar com um café maravilhoso. Pessoal agradavel e muito educados. o que eu sugiro, seria colocar uma iluminação mais forte no quarto.

Quarto limpo, roupas de cama cheirosas, pé direito alto, colchão muito bom, tv com imagem boa, tem ar condicionado mas não precisamos usar, espelho grande no quarto, o chuveiro funciona bem mas não esquenta muito e a vazão de água é mais espalhada. O recepcionista Jonathan foi muito solicito ao providenciar cobertores e regular a tv. Agradecemos pela estadia! Ia esquecendo de dizer que o café da manhã é excelente.

Instalações muito antigas, chuveiro é elétrico é muito ruim. No quarto que fiquei o barulho de carros e motos é intenso. O café da manhã é ok. O atendimento dos funcionários foi legal. Não tem elevador então se ficar no segundo andar e a mala for pesada vai ter dificuldade. Em termo de conforto deixa a desejar. Mas o atendimento compensa.

Excelente estadia, o atendimento é excelente de todos os funcionários, os recepcionistas muito atenciosos, explendida arquitetura, prédio historico e muito conservado, café da manhã delicioso, localização central, mas sem barulho, apenas a ducha do banheiro deixou a desejar, pois a pressão e água estavam espalhadas dificultando o banho, mas nada que um simples ajuste não acerte, mas fui tão bem atendido que realmente me senti em casa.

Ótimo estabelecimento!! Confortável, bem localizado, muito limpo. Destaque para o café da manhã maravilhoso, com muitas opções saudáveis. O atendimento supera as expectativas, tive problemas na reserva pelo hotéis.com, o que nada tinha haver com o NHM Hotel, mas a gerência, mesmo não sendo de sua responsabilidade, atendeu minhas solicitações com grande eficiência e cordialidade! O hotel está de parabéns pela atenção com os clientes!

O hotel está muito bem localizado. Região central de Araraquara, funcionários sempre disponíveis a ajudar e muito simpáticos. O hotel e quartos são limpos, tem frigobar, tv a cabo e o wifi é ótimo! Café da Manhã muito organizado, feito com muito carinho pelos funcionários. Nada a reclamar do hotel!
