Olá sou a Josy Dalla e estou alugando por temporada ou anual, uma linda casa de praia, também considerada casa tipo fazenda (térrea), com piscina, churrasqueira, vaga para carro, no condomínio AMAPI.
Tudo isso, à fica 5 minutos caminhando até o comércio local, onde possui: farmácia, lan House, supermercado, padaria, posto de gasolina, pracinha com equipamentos para malhar, posto de saúde e etc.

A casa que alugo é a TÉRREA, já a casa de cima, eu e meu esposo utilizamos. A casa térrea possuí (02) quartos, com cama de casal e o outro quarto com duas camas de solteiros, sala de estar, cozinha, lavanderia, (01) banheiro interno e o outro (meio) banheiro perto da piscina, churrasqueira com espaço gourmet, chuveiro perto da piscina, local dentro do quintal para estacionar, um lindo quintal com árvores frutíferas, além de ter uma vista indevassável para lagoa de Iguabinha... Venham!!!
