La location était spacieuse, fonctionnelle, agréable à y vivre, propre. L'immeuble est calme, à quelque mètre de la plage, des commerces à proximité et à coté de la gare.

Bien situé et agréable mais vieillot

Appartemment grand, bien situé et bien équipé. La décoration et l'équipement sont malheureusement beaucoup trop vieillots. Cette appartement ne devrait pas être proposé à la location sans rafraîchissement et modernisation du mobilier et des pièces d'eau.
