Rooftop pool and bar were amazing and saved the trip. However, will def not be staying there again. "

"Check-in officially starts at 4pm, but they allow check ins after 1pm. We had parked our car in the garage before check in and Staff walked with us to get our luggage from our car, keeping up a friendly conversation. Room was spacious and fit a twin inflatable bed. Clean room, bed was firm but comfortable. Walk to Universal is 8 min uphill walk."
