From the moment I checked in I was pleased. The young man was friendly and easy to check in. The staff was literally mopping the side walk the floors were immaculate. When we walked in the room the air was on for us. That helped a lot because it was 100 this weekend. There was no musty smell to the room. The breakfast each morning was delicious so many choices the potatoes were bomb and I loved the option of yogurt parfait. So yummy and the staff did not stop working the entire time. I will definitely recommend the Norwalk Inn Best Western. Very happy visit.

Onze kamer was super schoon bij aankomst en de schoonmaakster hield het ons hele verblijf goed schoon. Het ontbijt was top en er werd netjes de hele tijd aangevuld. Het personeel was super vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Wij zouden het hotel zeker aanraden.
