"Excellent, roomy property in a central location that makes it easy to enjoy Hollywood, Museum Row, and other great spots. It’s not walking distance to these places, but it’s just a short drive or rideshare away. The room was well appointed and included a small kitchen with nice appliances. The building decor was stylish and also had good security features to feel completely safe. Our rental came with a designated parking spot in the protected basement garage. There are coffee shops and retailers...

"Pool was clean, host very helpful!"

"The property was delightful. It was close to the continuing center which was what we needed. It was a little confusing to find little grocery spots and stuff, but we figured it out. The rooftop pool was awesome and it didn't matter when we were out, someone was cleaning. I loved that. The door men were super accommodating and friendly. The parking was easy after I figured it out. The curtains were super good at keeping out the light and heat. The washer dryer was larger than other properties."

"Booking cancelled by the host 10 days before scheduled stay, citing "Environmental impact Due to unexpected environmental events such as earthquakes, floods, or other natural disasters, the property is no longer safe or suitable for guests. Your safety is our top priority.". The property was still available on nearby dates of my cancelled stay."

"We had a couple issues during our stay, however they were handled in a timely manner. The location was probably the best part about it. We were able to walk to the majority of our destinations during the week. Communication with the host was excellent. If you are a light sleeper, I would recommend staying in an upstairs unit due to the noise from other renters. For the price, location and staff, I would recommend staying."

"The layout of the house was great. The king size beds were so comfortable. I loved that the had bathrooms for each bedroom. My only thing that could be better was the couch wasn’t very comfortable but we didn’t spent a lot of time lounging. Great stay and great location!!! "

"Family of 4 enjoyed our stay at this charming house. Good location, with easy access to Universal and Hollywood sights. Parking was not an issue during spring break - we never had to park more than a few car lengths from the front steps. Owner communicated very well."
