"By far the BEST hotel I have ever stayed at. Every staff member I personally came across was very kind, the room was clean even in the smallest nooks and crannies, water pressure was phenomenal, extremely comfortable beds, and every view from entrance to exit was historically beautiful. I truly cannot wait to come back in the next few years. You’d be crazy not to choose the Biltmore."

"This hotel tried to use a lot of fancy IT systems, but most of them doesn’t worked. First, when we check in, the system was down. Second, the parking was so mess up, they don’t own the parking and the parking IT system doesn’t communicate well with the hotel, so many technical difficulties enter and exit, need repeated help from agent. Third, AI is answering the phone, hard to reach human for difficult questions. The drop off location is pretty bad, it is like a tiny alley way….. Hyatt should improve this place."
