"A lovely historic property in a great location close to the beach front with lots of dining options nearby. Pat is an amazing hostess providing delicious home cooked breakfast and classic hospitality. Our room was very comfortable and well-appointed. This is definitely our new go-to destination while visiting our daughter in Long Beach. We look forward to our next visit!"

"Apartment, building/rooftop amenities and location were all perfection! We had an amazing stay and hope to return to this property in the future. Host was communicative, helpful and made the arrival & departure process seamless. Our only constructive feedback would be to provide sugar packets & half & half pods for coffee. The Nespresso machine was a great but we had to make an early morning grocery run for those basic coffee condiments. "

"Awesome place. Thanks again! Tom"
