"when we arrived to check in on Saturday at 6 pm someone was still living in apartment, we were told it would take two hours more to get in, was not acceptable after driving 18 hours to get there,had to fine new accommodations,talk to owner and was told we would get full refund, will be waiting for it, if not you will hearing from our lawyer"

"I really enjoyed my stay here. The condo has a great vibe and style. I also felt safe and comfortably at home staying here. The location is perfect, central to Beverly Hills, Hollywood and downtown. I would definitely stay again and highly recommend this spot!"

"The check in details were spot on. Overall, the apartment was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked except for a wine opener. Bathroom and towels were clean. It is centrally located in LA. Bed was comfortable, good mattress. AC worked well. On the downside, the carpet wasn't well vacuumed and should be cleaned. The sheets for the bed were polyester and not the most breathable. So, all said and done, it was a great place for a quick getaway."
