Nothing much to do around at walking distance. Was quite scared that main door to the apartment was open most of the time and homeless people could just walk in. I wish the kitchen had more glasses to drink water as there was only 1, quality of pillow was better and had a working steam iron. Also if we were shared pictures of the gate, lobby etc check in would have been much easier. But it’s not too difficult to check in even without it.

Very nice place and location

Great place, comfortable beds, nice that the living room sofa is an actual daybed and not a sleeper sofa. Clear instructions on how to access the place, much appreciated.

Apt was clean and neat. Location is central to all LA attractions. Off-street parking was a huge plus. We had a great stay and the owner regularly communicated and was highly responsive.

This was a perfect location for my girls getaway! We were close to amazing food and central to all the important LA neighborhoods we wanted to visit. The property itself was very clean! The host’s instructions were very clear to help us park in the designated parking. We had everything we needed and it felt as if we were at home. Highly recommend staying at this place!

Beautiful space and great location

Beautiful apartment and host is responsive. Location is also great. Close to many restaurants. Wifi didn't work too well so something to keep in mind if you're planning to do work from laptop. We enjoyed our stay in LA!

Clean safe place to stay in central Los Angeles

The apartment was perfect. The neighborhood was clean and safe. The location was 30 mins from basically everything. Cyndia was an attentive host and met all our needs. I would definitely recommend this property.

Clean, convenient & cozy cozy

This place is as pictured. It is very clean. It’s close to restaurants. You feel very safe in this gated community. The place has a cozy ambiance to it. It is also very quiet. We will definitely be returning. The property manager is also very responsive.

Stayed here the weekend with friends and it was above and beyond our expectations. The apartment is in a perfect part of ktown, walking distance to some of THE best food. The tandem parking spot is also a huge life savor for late night adventures. The neighbors were quiet and kept to themselves. I can’t wait to come back to LA and hope to stay here again

Nice Apartment

The apt was in great condition when we checked in and had all the amenities that we would use while we stayed. It is in a great location easy to find only that they should mention that there are 2 garages entrances. Other than that once we figured it out as we arrived early morning as our flight was delayed it was easy entrance in and up to the apt. Other people in the apt complex are polite and friendly and assisted when we arrived. Host was in contact with us to see how we were enjoying our stay. I recommend staying here.

Beautiful Apartment (but bring ear plugs!)

It’s very clean and has everything needed for a couple or family of 3. We appreciated the streaming apps and games provided. We felt safe inside the apartment and appreciated the parking place being secured. The only issues were external- the area didn’t feel safe enough to walk to a restaurant, there are very loud neighbors yelling all hours of the night and very loud birds gawking very early in the morning. Bring ear plugs and also a blindfold if you need complete darkness (light shines through the bedroom from the courtyard)!

Sweet stay in Ktown

The apartment was as advertised; plenty of space for me and my partner to spend a few days comfortably. We especially appreciated having a little outdoor area and a solid kitchen. We were also grateful for the central location and the parking spot! It was lovely to able to walk to a lot of spots for food, and feel that nowhere we wanted to go was too long a drive. There were a couple little hiccups—things that weren't quite working or running low in stock in the apartment, but Cyndia was very communicative and fast in her responses to help troubleshoot/replenish things as needed. Unfortunately the cell service in the apartment was spotty, but it seemed that this may be typical for buildings in the area (we had the same issue at a bar next door). Overall, my partner and I enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back sometime! :)
