"I fell asleep with my laptop in the bed on top of the covers. I woke up and saw a little bug crawling across the top. A little while later I opened the laptop and it was invested with those same little bugs! "

"Where do I begin? The staff is friendly. Location is convenient. Beds comfortable and sheets were very nice. Pets are welcomed, which is wonderful. The housekeeper cleaned our room after 1st night stay. Pleasant surprise. With that said, As you initially walk in, there is a strong odor of cherry fragrance and a fan blowing near the entry way. I never noticed the fan until the next day. We stayed on the third floor and as soon as you got off the elevator, ALL we could smell was a strong odor of mold/mildew throughout the entire hallway, our bedroom & bathroom. This hotel has a serious ventilation problem throughout the entire building. Management is deceitful by covering up a very toxic and dangerous issue. I am highly allergic to mold. I had a Sore throat, coughing, stuffy nose. Watery eyes during our stay. I had to sleep under the sheet. I bought a candle to try to eliminate the strong odor. The thermostat didn’t work either. Needed new batteries. The tile floor had brown liquid spilled on it. Which I cleaned up. The walls in the bathroom need attention also. Plaster is crumbling with rust coming thru in the bathroom walls. If owners are going to charge $200 per night ( we stayed 2 nights) it most definitely needs to be updated and clean. I trusted the reviews on Hotels.com. There is no way this hotel is exceptional!! Would I ever stay again? No way. "

"floors in room were not clean, took me 4 hrs to do two loads of laundry due to poor dryer that i paid 800$ just to dry my clothes, ice machine still broken on 1st floor, both computers in business center were not working even after told front desk, breakfast was two hrs late oh and the pool closed at 7pm!! wont stay here again "

"Was only there for a short time and while there had busy days with old friends sharing baseball games and family birthday. Was away from home most of the time except at night. Also, had plane connection problems on way there and lost one night of accomodation."

"The young man at Check-in was so helpful and happy, a joy to meet upon arrival. There is no hot tub, but the place has been renovated and updated which was nice. Not all the breakfast appliances were working but it was good, their coffee is some of the best hotel coffee we've had! All in all, a very nice stay!"

"Looks to be recently remodeled. Lovely Georgia White Marble walls in the main room. Rooms facing the street are a little loud."

"Phillip was great. He responded to our needs. We appreciated the cleanliness, pool/privacy and space. Road traffic in front and some cosmetic issues, but didn’t impact our stay. Loved the location and walk ability to parks etc. "
