"The staff at this hotel were friendly and very efficient! The valet parking was a huge benefit for €20 and we were able to check in early as well as leave our luggage and car at the hotel until the late afternoon. The proximity to the Cathedral and Alcazar was perfect! "

"Recommended by a friend who had stayed there last year, we found the location to be excellent and our charming room well appointed- all in all great for a seven day stay. Reception staff and house staff courteous and helpful. Entrance off of a busy well-lit street, near à stretch of good restaurants and easy walking distance to popular and historic locations and easy access to public transit. (Only odd thing was charging for tea or powdered coffee available in our room!). Our room, classic layout in à hot climate? - no window to the street but windows opening on a small courtyard. "

"This property is well located and the staff were lovely. There was an issue with my room where there wasn’t a curtain so had to put up a bedsheet unfortunately I was incorrectly told that the hotel was fully booked the next morning when I asked when I should return back to the hotel to move room for the rest of my stay. After checking online and seeing a lot of rooms available, I emailed Expedia and only then the hotel allowed me to change room ( they told me they had recieved an email)- it was pretty unsettling. After this the stay was nice- it’s a great location, rooms are clean, there’s Netflix on the TV. Unfortunately also asked for a refund or compensation for the first night but the hotel never responded to Expedia for this."

"Good sized room with sofa much better than sitting on a bed! A short walk and or tram ride to main locations and restaurants etc. Staff helpful regarding restaurant options. "

"Hôtel was very nice and in great spot. Room faced street and could hear noise outside but was quiet after things closed. Great location. Roof top terrace was really nice. Pool was being renovated so couldn’t sit by it. But great location and very nice and clean - perfect . Short cab ride from train station - crazy watching them drive on the narrow streets near hotel. "
