"Worth paying the supplement for a Superior room and the extra space and bed size 👍. The hotel is well situated for a short walk/tram ride into the centre where there is plenty to see and do. Nice time of year to visit as it’s not too busy or too hot yet. Told it can get up into the mid 40’s in summer!! Front desk staff and those working in the hotel lobby/restaurant are very friendly and obliging. One negative - the room cleaners do the bare minimum. The floor was dusty, crumbs and hairs were apparent and there was a woman’s feminine product left under the bathroom sink all week!! We were two males staying there and the product was left there to see if it was removed during our stay and it wasn’t. Reported to manager on check-out. "

"First the good. Rooftop pool and views, breakfast buffet with excellent staff and location. Now the could improve- strong perfume smell (probably to help hide sewage odor at times), worn carpets, very warm room (we had a window into a courtyard with said sewage smells meaning we could not keep the window open much)."
