"An absolutly stunning property with lavishly (traditionally) decorated rooms. The hotel is a treasure of a building. To gain entry is confusing, someone has to meet you at a locked gate. You are then guided through another entrance. But once over this obstacle then it is all plain sailing. My room had a bath AND a seperate shower (i hadn't had a bath for years..!!!). The bed, very comfy with big cushions and pillows, i had a really good, undisturbed sleep. The breakfast was very good, but was extra to the cost of my room, that said i'm writing this at 19:00 having not eaten anything but the breakfast."

"We had an amazing stay in this lovely hotel. So quirky and full of character. Beds - amazing, best sleep ever. Walkable everywhere in Troyes old town, plenty of restaurants and cafes on your door step, grocery shop 5 min walk away. Lovely owners and housekeeping girls. Will definitely stay again as we are in this area often visiting my husband’s family. Definitely recommend!"

I don't normally take breakfast because it is usually so underwhelming, but I misunderstood and thought it was included in my room. However, I was very happy to pay the nominal amount for the outstanding quality freshness and variety of everything they had to offer."

"ok for a over night stop over. If you are at B Hotel, it's opposite the main hotel reception building, there isn't any WIFI . That was OK for us, but you have to go across the road to the other building for it. Otherwise, it was a good choice for an overnight stop on our journey. The shower was really good, nice bed and AC."

"Old building in the centre with enough space and parking right next to the building. Best breakfast we ever had in ** hotel ! Very nice common area and very helpful staff. This was our third stay in Troyes and by far the most enjoyable "

"The staff were amazing. I was stuck in Troyes with an issue with my car. They really looked after me including driving me to the train station when the car garage let me down. They looked after me incredibly well and I would highly recommend the hotel for its spa and food. "

"15 minutes walk from main tourism / restaurant area. Very secure parking 12 euro also in street parking for free."

"Very bad. We arrived late at night and the code did not work! We struggled to checkin and wasted more than 30mins to try to connect with the hotel. Hotels.com tried to help and couldn’t get help as well. At the end, we could talk to some guy that kept speaking french. "
