Unfortunately, the order was delayed until after I left, so I had to request a refund, but I truly appreciated how accommodating the hotel was — perfect for a shopaholic like me! "Very clean and modern accommodation, the location was fantastic as well with the piazza being only a matter of a couple minutes walk away and 15-20 minutes from Porto Nuova train station. Staff were fantastic and check in process was made simple with the instructions they sent over on WhatsApp. Definitely recommend for your next trip to Verona! "
