"The location and accessability are great. There were snacks and a coffeemachine. During my stay the battery of the smoke detector in the hallway ran out. I informed the agency as soon as I noticed. It took them more than 12 hours to change the battery. In the meantime, there was a constant loud noise and even the smoke alarm went off. It was very loud and disturbing. But in the end they changed it."
