"Un appartement comme ça ne devrait pas ĂȘtre proposer Ă  la location! Nous sommes arrivĂ©s, il n'y avait pas d'eau chaude. Contact pris avec le propriĂ©taire qui ne nous avait pas prĂ©venus....et faisant part de notre mĂ©contentement il me hurle au tĂ©lĂ©phone: " si vous n'ĂȘtes pas contents prenez vos affaires et dĂ©gagez." Il Ă©tait 19h...nous sommes restĂ©s n'ayant pas un autre lieu pour passer la nuit. ProblĂšme rĂ©glĂ© le lendemain aprĂšs que nous ayons contactĂ© par 2 fois votre service Abritel....

"I think some thought went into the design of the hotel but the day-to-day operation lets it down completely. Front door doesn’t lock properly, looks like was forced open. Air conditioning doesn’t work, sink leaks and drains onto the floor. No soap in shower. Drapes so close to sink that they get wet every time. Dead insects in drapes and windows. Some parts on room construction unfinished while other finished bits are falling apart."
