"Very friendly and helpful, great welcome. Nice recommendation for nearby restaurants. Lovely guest house with great style. Pool was great in the heat and the room was nice and large for our family. Continetal breakfast was great with fresh fruit and pastries."

"Great hotel in a quiet location not far from the city centre 15mins walk. Just by the river nice walks and restaurants and guingettes around. Supermarket walking distance too. No Aircon though this is probably the only thing that was a negative for us as it was 35c outside. Staff are very welcoming and friendly. Good parking although spaces are a little tight. Overall great stay would recommend if visiting Vichy"

"Le personnel est aux petits soins pour les clients. Les chambres sont très propres et climatisées. Le restaurant sert une cuisine gastronomique. en temps de canicule, il y fait un peu chaud mais nous y avons très bien mangé. Je recommande"

"Clean room and bathroom. Restaurant closed on Friday night as it’s classed as the weekend, you need a car to find somewhere to eat. Bed quite hard, so for me quite uncomfortable. Noisy doors, usually don’t hear the doors in an Ibis, but heard all the doors closing along corridor, made for a disturbed stay. "
