We made contact with Nicolette through VRBO in January 2023 about the possibility of renting her place for three months but before committing to that agreed we ’d stay for a weekend to view (at the normal rental rates).
Whilst there for the weekend her daughter popped round to state that they would be in touch about prices (even though they were already on VRBO and instantly bookable).
When we got back from the weekend, we received an email from the daughter vastly...
