"Bathroom shower was a slipping hazard with potential to get seriously injured. Would not stay again just because of that. Erroneous communication with regards to airport shuttle schedule and locked out of room twice by being given wrong code to enter room which was terribly inconvenient. Refusal to refund breakfast charge after shuttle schedule was altered because of communication mishap. Bedding felt unclean and not comfortable. HVAC controls did not turn on the heat. Would not stay at this...
