Rose Room of the Blake House romantic couples getaway near Asheville w/free Biltmore pass

PLEASE NOTE: We do not serve breakfast. The Rose Room is a romantic couples getaway located in South Asheville just minutes to downtown, and convenient to attractions like Sierra Nevada, Twelve Bones South and Jake Rusher Park. South Asheville is quickly becoming a "must see" destination in its own right, and we are right in the middle of it. FREE activities for stays under 29 nights, including Biltmore, Rock Wall, Zipline, Whitewater Rafting, Trampoline Park, Snow Tubing and Axe Throwing.

When we first discovered that the historic Blake House was for sale, we thought that living here was just a dream. But our dream has come true and we are excited to be sharing it with guests.

Welcome to the Rose Room, located in the main house. It is absolutely delightful with its twelve foot ceilings, its cozy atmosphere and its private entry. It is the perfect couples getaway. We have spent a great deal of time and effort to make it perfect, and we really love the result. We think you will too.

We are close to the Biltmore House, the Blue Ridge Parkway, the NC Arboretum, Pisgah National Forest and the Folk Art Center. We are convenient to the airport. The nearby towns of Hendersonville and Brevard are both about a 30 minute drive, making them great destinations for a day trip.

Our family lives in the main house, so please be aware that the front porch area is our family space and not accessible to guests. We invite you to enjoy the patio area and to walk around and enjoy the grounds.

This property was beautiful. The perfect blend of antiquity and the "needs" of modern times. The host thought of everything that guests may need. This room is located not far from downtown Asheville and is a quick, easy commute . Communication with the host was clear and quick.

Charming!

This place is the sweetest little room you could find. Everything was super easy to access and the room was very clean and exactly as listed. The bed was comfortable, the linens were clean, and the area was quiet and safe. Bryan met me as I was coming in and helped me with my bags, which was so sweet. It’s in close proximity to restaurants, shopping, and any highway you need. I will definitely look into staying here the next time I’m in the area.

Perfect Stay

We absolutely loved our stay. The room was beautiful. Very clean. Appropriate amenities offered. Great location. Good restaurants nearby. I actually got to talk to the owner briefly one evening and she was so nice. We will definitely recommend to friends and family.

Quiet and well appointed

Lovely, historic

The owners were nice and helpful. The room is comfortable, beautifully appointed with early 20th century furnishings, a large bathroom with a soaking tub with a shower, small refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker. Entrance to the room is directly from outside so you do not enter any other area of the house. There’s a nearby park with a walking trail. There’s also a large stone patio right outside the room. We would definitely stay again. We had a lovely weekend!

Rose Room

Quaint property with all the amenities needed for a relaxing time away from home. Very convenient to Asheville, Hendersonville and Brevard areas. The property was very clean and comfortable. The home was beautiful and the Rose Room was charming. Would recommend to anyone looking for a key location to experience all the outdoor activities in the area.

Great for a weekend getaway!

We really enjoyed staying here for the weekend! The location is great and just a short distance from downtown. The property manager is also very responsive. We did not do any of the activities since it was a little on the cold side, but looking forward to coming back and taking advantage of those deals!

Very close stay to Biltmore House

Blake House Inn and the Rose Room was such a great find for my surprise vacay with my sweetheart! Rose Room is very quaint, clean and convenient to The Biltmore House. We had a wonderful time! Property owners ALWAYS responded to me when I had questions. We will definitely be back!

Cozy place, very nice!!!

My wife and I stayed here two nights. Very private and quiet. Nice bed. Nice coffee maker too. Very clean and quiet. Great area, not far from Biltmore or from Asheville. We really slept good here and will come again if we are in this area. Very cozy! Thank you!

Just what we needed.

The Rose Room was perfect for our long weekend in Asheville. It was beautifully decorated, private, and extremely clean. The hosts were helpful and welcoming and the patio was dreamy. We will definitely chose to stay here again.

I stayed here for two nights and have a great stay. Great location in South Asheville. The Sleep Number bed was super comfy and I loved the jetted tub! I'd love to stay again.
