Royal Cottage offers long-range mountain views, an abundance of privacy, solitude, and room to relax and rejuvenate. It has an open living room/kitchen/dining room floor plan, and an eat-in kitchen. It has a lovely wrap-around deck that is partially covered, so you can enjoy the warm days and cool mountain nights

House notes:
* No bedroom on the first floor. All bedrooms are upstairs.
* You must walk up stairs to get to the bedrooms
* No smoking, vaping, or candles.
* Must be at least 25 years old to reserve this property.

* Laundry Area to use during your stay
* No 4WD is needed
* The driveway is at an angle going down towards the house, so be careful.
* No fire pit at this house

* Half bath on the main floor off the kitchen

Outside Highlights:

* Beautiful deck to enjoy a long-range view each day or night
* The driveway can hold four cars.
* The driveway is at an angle going down towards the house, so be careful.
* You need to climb the stairs to the porch and the second-level bedrooms

* 8 miles to Biltmore Village/Estate,
* 10 miles to Downtown Asheville,
* 5 miles to Asheville Airport,
* 5 miles to the Blue Ridge Parkway.
* There are numerous grocery stores and excellent restaurants within minutes of the
cottage.

Please Note Dog Rules:
We love dogs, and we are happy to host your well-behaved dog.

* A dog fee applies for your ONE dog, plus all applicable taxes.
* The size and breed of your dog are needed to register them.
* Please note that you are bringing your dog when making your reservation.
* No puppies - Dog must be at least ONE YEAR OLD
* No attack or aggressive breeds of dogs are allowed
* Must have all shots and flea treatments that are up to date
* Must always be on a leash and under the control of the owner
* Must NOT sleep on beds, couches, or chairs
* You must clean up after your dog and do not flush poop down the toilet
* A dog fee will be charged for the extra cleaning required
* Sorry, no cats or other animals/pets
