Nevah Barc ~ Short walk to shops and jetty!

  • NEVAH BARC is a spacious 3 bedroom holiday home that accommodates up to 6 guests and is only a short walk to the shops and jetty.

    Open plan kitchen/dining and lounge area, kitchen with dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, Nespresso Coffee Pod Machine (BYO Pods). Lounge with reverse cycle air-conditioner, flat screen TV and DVD, CD player and radio.

    Bathroom with vanity, shower and full size bath, separate w/c.

    Laundry with washing machine, spare small fridge and chest freezer.

    Gas BBQ with hood in undercover outdoor area with outdoor setting, secure yard.

    Bed configuration - bed 1 - queen, bed 2 - queen, bed 3 - queen.

    Pillows and quilts are provided, you will need to bring your own linen - pillow cases, top/bottom sheets, towels/bath mat

    Linen can be hired - $38.50 for queen per bed. Linen includes pillow cases, top/bottom sheets, 1 towel per person, 1 bath mat per bathroom and tea towels, beds will be made up for your arrival. If you would like to hire linen you will need to let office staff know and total cost will be added to your booking manually by office staff.

    NO PETS - this includes visiting pets, any pets sighted at property will result in loss of bond

    Ardrossan is a historic port popular with holiday makers for its fishing, beaches and laidback lifestyle. Less than two hours drive from Adelaide, the seaside farming town is the perfect base to discover the Yorke Peninsula.
    Walk down the main street where you’ll find the famed Ardrossan bakery, cafes and boutique stores to explore.
    Explore the town’s rich history at the Ardrossan museum, cast a line off the jetty or rake the low tides for local delicacies like blue swimmer crabs.

    Nightly tariffs- cleaning, booking and refundable bond fees apply

    Peak - 24th Dec to end of Jan school holidays and Easter: 4 night minimum stay
    $180 per night
    High - all other school holidays plus long weekends: 3 night minimum stay
    $160 per night
    Off Peak - school terms: 2 night minimum stay
    $140 per night

Plenty of space, games room bonus

Very pleased, plenty crockery, cutlery,glasses etc. Heaps more room than expected, very very comfortable home away from home.

Good location

Nice place to stay with everything we needed. Communication was good with what we had to bring, eg linen, food etc. The only thing that spoilt it was the smell. I think a rat or mouse must have died so the stench when we got there was 🤢 I'm sure that was a one off incident bc there was no reference to smell in the reviews. We did have to clean off the dead bugs from the window sills. We still had a great time, just opened all the windows and bought plug in air fresheners.

We wiped over all door knobs and light switches (for our own OCD cleanliness 😄 and they were dirty/dusty. A good strong air freshener wouldn’t go astray. Would recommend as a good spot and easy to get to other places on the YP but would pre warn people that it’s old.

A great getaway

We were very impressed with this property, it ended up being better than what we expected from the photos. One suggestion would be to upgrade the mattress protectors, they were looking like they had seen better days.

Nevah bark is the best holiday rental

This place is absolutely bliss it is the perfect getaway for anyone The house is well set out with a games room to keep everyone occupied It is close to shops and jetty and is quiet and peaceful. We will always come back to this place and we will always enjoy it it is amazing well done to everyone involved couldn't ask for a better holiday shack

Ardrossan stay

Location ok , house very dated , bedding very poor . House not inviting . Could not recommend to anyone and wouldn’t stay there again . Came from interstate and had to bring own sheets and towels . Luckily I had sister living there so she provided them . I grew up in Ardrossan and was disappointed with the house that you would expect people to pay that kind of money for it . Sorry but you need to do some improvements especially the beds and bedding .

This property offered everything you could want in a holiday home on the Yorke Peninsula. Spacious living and entertaining areas, with everything on hand. Walking distance to the town centre or jetty for the energetic.

Great place to stay, lots of room in the lounge, kitchen area and a great room out the back

Good experience, however we were disappointed that the pool table was in a bad state and all of the cues had no tips on the end. A roomy place, good amenities could do with a deep clean. Very close to main street, jetty and beach area, and the walking trail.
