The hotel manager Julie had offered her sincere help for our logistics to hotel and even we arrived late at hotel, the restaurant manager was provided us a warm welcome with delicious dishes after our long hours drive. "Enjoyed a lovely stay at Chalet Hotel du Bois. The rooms were warm, cosy and clean, and the staff were very helpful. The restaurant was exceptionally good, we ate there twice and both times enjoyed a lovely meal. The bar was also a great place to enjoy a drink and play cards. Only used the pool/ sauna once but was very nice after a day of skiing."

The food was okay, not great for the cost with breakfast buffet being mostly cold (as in eggs, bacon, pancakes). To be honest I found most of the staff to be unfriendly bordering on almost rude, it was always as though you were an unwelcomed inconvenience."

Bout St. Maurice is a ski town in the winter and a hiking/ biking town in the summer.My wife says this is one of the best areas we have ever seen and thinks the motel is the best as well. This is a great place just to relax. Not boring, but just a great hotel in a great place. You won’t go wrong here. "
