"Je moet wel vaneen rustige omgeving houden, het ligt wat afgelegen van de bewoonde wereld. Ik zelf vond het prima ,maar mijn vriendin heeft het ervaren als horror. Ze durfde na dag 1 al niet meer met de auto mee naar beneden of naar boven, de weg was alles behalve aangenaam voor haar. Ze is altijd al wat angstig in de auto, en de weg heeft daar niet bij geholpen, helaas zijn wij om die reden 10 dagen eerder vertrokken uit de villa."

"Perfect retreat to unwind and just relax. The apartment has all you need for a comfortable stay and a lovely south facing terrace for sun lovers, with great views of the sea and mountains. Excellent pool with relaxing patio with sun loungers. To finish I would like to say Madeleine is an excellent host, nothing is too much trouble."

"We had a wonderful time at Los Almendros and recommend it to anyone who wants to visit Andalusia as it is at a reasonable driving distance from all important cities in this beautiful area of Spain. We enjoyed our stay at the bungalow very much, it’s such a beautiful area and thank Madeleine for being so helpful. We are planning to come back in the near future to visit the areas we’ve not visited yet. We miss it already! Thank you Madeleine and your wonderful mom! "

"The property was perfect, the view was awesome none of the pictures did it justice and well worth the steep drive to the villa. An excellent place to relax and unwind. Our only regret was that we didn't find anywhere to eat in Arenas so had to drive down to Torre Del Mar and Caleta De Velez where on the whole, the food was excellent."
