"Nice hotel for the price. The sofa-bed was not super comfortable and there were no window shutters which can be something annoying for light sleepers. Excluding that all great."

"Fantastic stay in this apartment, 15 minutes walk from the main station and a few minutes walk to all the bars and restaurants in Genoa. The harbour feels like a neighbourhood with a few shops and restaurants by still quiet at night. Unfortunately check in info wasn't provided until the morning of the stay, and there were just a couple of sachets of soap in the bathroom. But the kitchen had everything we needed, would definitely recommend and choose stay again."

"It is unnecessary to complete a 20 minute contract application for a stay of a week or less. Especially when it’s a very small space that is not updated at all so not quite sure what the purpose of a contract is. Second, The actual apartment address/location should be clearly specified as soon as it’s time to check in not just by showing outdated pictures of a nearby restaurant sign. Since access to the apartment and actual apartment are not in same spot. Lastly, it should not be forced on the...

"Perfect for visitors to the old town. The only issue we encountered was with the kitchen appliances like the toaster and water boiler due to an electrical load problem. We reported it and hope they address the matter. Aside from that, everything was great, and we’d definitely rent the place again. The air conditioning was perfect!😊"

"I had a fantastic stay at Genova! The owner was incredibly nice and accommodating throughout my entire visit. Their hospitality made my trip even more enjoyable. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a welcoming and comfortable stay."

"Great location, right in downtown of Genoa, close to everything. I did feel there were too many things to fill out at the beginning but it was worth it at the end. Clean and with well written instructions for everything. "

"Fab location! It’s near the red light district which back onto the famous Via Giuseppe Garibaldi (5 minute walk)
Lots of character - easier to locate if walking from San Giorgio Metro station!
Lovely view of the church from my bedroom and living room"

"Excellent hotel! Only the front desk knows English though. When we went to dinner my son was served something with nuts even though we conveyed he had a food allergy. Understanding what guests are communicating should be a priority. Great hotel overall but that moment was upsetting."
"We only stayed one night for exploring Genoa and to leave for an early morning flight. Staff were lovely and the hotel was nice (if a little dated). The only downside is difficulties getting in and out of Genoa itself. We went for the evening and got the airlink bus to the train station and then came home at 11pm and there were no more airlink shuttle services and no taxis so we needed to do a dark walk in a not so nice area back to the hotel. Otherwise a great stay."
"The hotel looks modern and clean and our room has plenty of space and looked nice.
I think some of the photos are a bit misleading, as the roof terrace isn't that large. The hotel is located a bit from the centre of Genova, so too far to walk. There isn't many restaurants in the locality, but there is a supermarket next door.
There is a car park underground, but it is rather small and space is not guaranteed.
Overall, it is a nice hotel, and if you have a car then worth staying here."
"This is a good standard hotel which for the price, in peak summer, was decent value. The lobby and restaurant were pleasant and clean. The food was good, and the service in the restaurant was friendly and professional, both in the evening and at breakfast, for which there was a good selection. The room was large and well equipped. Aircon seemed stuck on 26C but as it was 34C outside, it was great! Only downside was the carpet (unusual for an Italian hotel) and bedding looked like it had seen better days (although bedding was spotless). Overall, very positive, especially if you want to spend a day in a shopping centre (not for me!)"
"The room had strong cleaning odor, yucky category. At least we a a window that opened.
The TV was spotty. Not good.
The breakfast low quality.
The cleaning ladies and the reception staff were great.
Good location for busses."
