  • Dora is an independent part of a beautiful Villa, inserted in the prestigious context of the Pineta Community in Arenzano (Ge). The house is very charming and features a huge terrace of 100 square meters that overlooks the sea and surrounded on three sides by a well-kept and lush garden with flounces. As soon as you enter the villa you realize that you are entering a special place that can instantly cleanse the body and mind, stressed by everyday labors. In Dora House you will smile, it will be for the wonderful view that takes your breath away, it will be for the comfort and the wide spaces that the house offers, it will be for the atmosphere so sunny and rich in nature with lemons, vines and aromatic herbs everywhere. For those who are not interested in the poetic aspects of the holiday but evaluate the choice according to the practicality of the services, it is useful to know that the house is equipped with modern and functional Smeg kitchen, with island structure and complete with dishwasher, oven and microwave. The spacious living room features a massive 8-seater wood table, a large sofa that converts into a comfortable double bed, a 43-inch digital TV, DVD, Netfix available and stereo music. There is also a reading area with supplied library and WiFI with wireless modem. The bathroom is spacious and comfortable with bath and shower. The bedroom is fitted with a comfortable wardrobe and a fixed mosquito net to sleep smoothly even with the window wide open.

Enjoyed our time

It is a lovely flat overall, we liked the space in the bathroom, the dining area and the patio. Bedding needs improvement as 2 have to share one blanket on each bed and the blankets /sheets are made for summer, not for spring, fall or winter when it is chilly outside. As soon as somebody lives in the flat upstairs, it is disturbing as one can hear everything below even if people are not loud when speaking. But you hear moving of chairs etc. like if it happened in your apartment. The managers are very nice people who were very friendly and helpful.

Cosy apartment with perfect sea view

Terrace: perfect sea view, new nice lounge area and new dining table (differing to pictures). Kitchen: well equipped find also different spices. Kitchen hood was greasy (lighting cover missing) and basins could not be closed. Housekeeping room: here you will find washing machine, sink, mop, small broom, waste containers, several cleaning and anti-mosquit agents. You can realize that the bathroom (also the house) is getting a bit long in the tooth, but everything is working perfect, especially the flush which sounds like a F16 jet propulsion. This could startle you when used by neigbours in the bathroom at upper, second apartment. The house is clairaudient. Two sliding windows in the living room could not be locked (locking system loosen/not fixed). Sleeping room: window has a fly screen (all other windows have no fly screens). Wooden build-in wardrobe (smelled musty). If you have open the window you can hear the traffic at via del mare. The bed is very simple (wooden boards with mattress on top), squeaking and not very comfortable. The garden is under service. Barbecue has already seen better times. The apartment was not fully clean. Living room, kitchen and housekeeping room were not tidy. Nevertheless it's a nice and cosy apartment with potential of 5 stars. We are not nit-pick, know all the problems of houses close to the sea, but we have a lot of experiances and know comperative accommondations. We could only fully recommend when basic cleaning, some maintenance work and new painting will be arranged in the apartment.

Das Appartment ist top, genau wie auf den Fotos, man hat alles was man benötigt. 2 kleine Reklamationen wurden von Federico sofort behoben, danke dafür !Allerdings hatten wir während den 2 Wochen sehr sehr laute Nachbarn im Appartment über uns, gefühlt war dort Party ohne Ende. An der Geräuschisolation müsste eventuell gearbeitet werden.

Ein fast perfektes Appartement mit tollem Meerblick!

Das Appartement und die Terrasse sind grosszügig und liebevoll eingerichtet. Wir würden gern wiederkommen, wenn nicht ein Problem wäre: Das Bett im Schlafzimmer ist so hart und unbequem, dass wir nur noch auf dem Ausziehsofa geschlafen haben als Notlösung. Wenn das Bett eine neue weichere Matratze bekommt, kommen wir gerne wieder. Die Blick von der Terrasse ist traumhaft!

Ruhiger Ort. Super zum Entspannen das Haus mit traumhafter Aussicht! Betreuung super es gabs immer ein Ansprechspartner. Einziger kleine Nachteil die Einfahrt zum Haus sehr sehr eng. Aber nichtsdestotrotz wunderschöne Villa, nächstes Jahr sind wir garantiert wieder dort!

Ruhige Wohnung mit Traumterrasse

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen, die Wohnung liegt in einem Haus am Ende einer schmalen Sackgasse. Das Meer ist über 229 Stufen in 5 Minuten fußläufig zu erreichen (aufwärts dauert es etwas länger ;-)) Auch Arenzano ist über die, zum Fuß- und Radweg umgestaltete, ehemalige Eisenbahnstrecke in etwa 20 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Wohnung selber ist sauber und perfekt ausgestattet. Es fehlt an nichts. Das W-Lan ist gut und stabil. Eine Wucht ist die große Terrasse mit einem atemberaubenden Ausblick auf das Meer. Herzlichen Dank auch Federico für Deine Hilfsbereitschaft und Deine Gastfreundschaft!

Schöne Aussicht

Organisatorisch hat alles gut funktioniert. Schöne Unterkunft, jedoch einige Defekte und Schimmel im Bad. Grandiose Terasse uns Aussicht. Sehr ruhig. Etwas lange Wege ins Dorf und an den Strand, da einige Wege wegen Baustelle zu waren. Sind dann mit dem Auto an den Strand nach Cogoleto. Schönere Strände, nette und günstiger.

Es war alles bestens, keine Mängel und die kommunikation super. Ganz wichtig: der Zugang zum Haus ist zwar eng aber wir haben einen VW Multivan 6.1 was super rein passte, sogar in die Garage. Können wir nur empfehlen.

Fantastisches Haus mit tollem Blick und superschönem Garten

Alles wie beschrieben, einfach wahnsinnig tolle Aussicht, sehr großzügige Terrasse von der aus man das Meer sieht und hört :) auch innen alles sehr schön eingerichtet, schön geschnitten. Sehr netter Empfang vor Ort, super auch mit Hund - der Garten ist komplett eingezäunt - und der nächste Hundestrand in einer guten halben Stunde fußläufig erreichbar. Parkmöglichkeiten ebenfalls perfekt, direkt auf dem Grundstück und sogar Garage vorhanden. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Absolut weiterzuempfehlen!

Wunderschöne Lage

Fantastische Lage mit grosser Terrasse mit Blick auf die Küste - wunderschön und entspannend. Große Küche, gut ausgestattet. Zufahrt sehr eng. In 5-10 Minuten ist man unten am Meer zum Schwimmen (über viele Treppen). Blick von unten vom Wasser aus auf die Küste weniger schön wegen altem Eisenbahntunnel und großem baufälligen Gebäude über dem Tunnel, aber Wasserqualität des Meeres war gut, auch Schnorcheln möglich. Einkaufen im Coop (mit Auto 5-10 Min entfernt) gut möglich. Auch an der Promenade von Arenzano bzw. am Hafen mit seinen Restaurants ist man per Auto in 5-10 Minuten (Kostenpflichtiges Parken am Ortseingang unweit der Promenade). Insgesamt ein sehr schöner Urlaubsort.

Der Ausblick von der Terrasse war traumhaft. Einfach unvergesslich. Das Haus war super eingerichtet. Schade dass der Zugang zu den Stränden so umständlich ist und dass die Gartenmöbel ein wenig "defekt" waren. Grazie Villa Eliodora.
