Además de que la habitación estaba sucia, me brindaron una habitación en el 4to piso a pesar que indiqué que tenía un problema en la rodilla. El hotel no cuenta con ascensor.

La experiencia fue terrible. La habitacion asignada no era comoda y solicite el cambio pero el personal del hotel me llevo a tomar la decisión de anular la reserva despues de pagado!
