Silver olives, not far from Arezzo. A characteristic and ancient farmhouse set on a hill and immersed in the silvery foliage of olive trees which create an enchanting and peaceful atmosphere. Situated between Arezzo and Castiglion Fiorentino it offers uncountable opportunities for visiting museums, monuments or simply for going shopping in the surrounding town centres. The Arezzo Equestrian Centre is placed only 4 km away from the villa ant it hosts important and international events all the year-long. The panoramic pool. In the large garden, only a few metres from the house, there is a beautiful swimming pool (5 x 10 m., depth 0,90-1,80 m. - open from 10 May to 30th September) where children can play in absolute tranquillity and adults relax in the sun, admiring the beautiful view of the below valley. Rustic but comfortable. The garden area, shaded by old trees and olive trees, is completely fenced and equipped with garden furniture, a small tree house for children, a wood burning oven and a barbecue. The furniture is rustic but comfortable and fits in well with the house style.
GROUND FLOOR : By the pool, bathroom with shower and laundry FIRST FLOOR: access via external stone staircase, large sitting-dining room with fireplace, kitchen, double bedroom and bathroom with shower. SECOND FLOOR: access via wooden staircase, composed of single bedroom, double bedroom, small double bedroom and a bathroom with bath. EQUIPMENT: washing machine, Sat-TV, oven, fridge with freezer, highchair, moka coffee maker, kettle, iron and ironing board, microwave, fans (3), hair dryer (1), mixer, toaster, wood burning oven, barbecue, Wi-Fi Internet access.

Extérieur super et intérieur très moyen

Les extérieurs sont très bien aménagés. Le jardin est spacieux et bien entretenu, la piscine est grande et intégrée dans le decor et la vue sur les montagnes est très jolie. Cependant, l intérieur de la maison est beaucoup moins attrayant. La maison à besoin d être vivement rafraîchie: peinture, nettoyage en profondeur, changement de certains mobiliers (fauteuils), equipement de la cuisine, refaire la salle de bain du rez de chaussée, prévoir un air climatisé, aménager une vraie terrasse de jardin afin de pouvoir y manger, vétusté du barbecue et du four à pizza,... Même si la plupart du temps nous profitions des extérieurs, cela est dommage de laisser une si belle bâtisse sans un réel entretiens intérieur.
